Terms of Service

Agreement to Terms

By downloading, installing, or using RuneSquire, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, do not use RuneSquire.

License

RuneSquire grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the software for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software
• Remove copyright or proprietary notices
• Use RuneSquire for commercial purposes without permission
• Redistribute or resell access to RuneSquire
• Use RuneSquire to violate RuneScape's Terms of Service

RuneScape Compliance

Important: RuneSquire is a third-party tool and is not affiliated with Jagex Ltd. While RuneSquire is designed to comply with Jagex's third-party client guidelines:

• We cannot guarantee Jagex will never change their stance on third-party tools
• You use RuneSquire at your own risk
• We are not responsible for any account actions taken by Jagex
• RuneSquire does NOT automate gameplay, click for you, or inject code

Pro Subscriptions

Billing:

• Pro subscriptions are billed monthly at $4.99/month
• Billing occurs on the same day each month
• All payments are processed through Stripe
• Prices may change with 30 days notice

Cancellation:

• Cancel anytime from your account settings
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
• No refunds for partial months
• You retain Pro access until the end of your paid period

Refunds:

We offer a 7-day free trial for first-time Pro users. After the trial, refunds are generally not provided except in exceptional circumstances (e.g., billing errors). Contact support@runescquire.com for refund requests.

User Conduct

You agree NOT to:

• Use RuneSquire to cheat, bot, or automate gameplay
• Share Pro account credentials with others
• Attempt to hack, exploit, or abuse the service
• Harass other users or developers
• Upload malicious plugins or content

Violations may result in immediate account termination without refund.

Disclaimer of Warranties

RuneSquire is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:

• Uninterrupted or error-free operation
• Compatibility with future RuneScape updates
• Protection from Jagex account actions
• Specific XP rates, efficiency gains, or outcomes

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RuneSquire and its developers are not liable for:

• RuneScape account bans or suspensions
• Loss of in-game items, progress, or currency
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Data loss or corruption

Our maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid for Pro in the last 12 months.

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to RuneSquire at any time for:

• Violation of these terms
• Abusive or fraudulent behavior
• Chargebacks or payment disputes
• Any reason, with 30 days notice (with pro-rated refund)

Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be announced via email or in-app notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of [Your Jurisdiction]. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration.
